Randy Essex is a professional engineer and is Executive Vice President and Director of Professional Excellence with Mott MacDonald. He has 35 years of experience with the planning, design, construction management, and disputes resolution of underground construction projects. An expert in the management of geologic and contractual risk associated with underground construction, he has worked on more than 150 highway, transit, railroad, water, and wastewater tunnel projects across North America and abroad, including Australia, Chile, Guatemala, Indonesia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru and Singapore.
He will deliver the keynote address at the 2016 George A. Fox Conference on Jan. 26 in New York City.
