Attendee FAQs

Have a question about registration, technical sessions, or conference activities? We can help! Below we have answered some of the most Frequently Asked Questions about attending the George A. Fox Conference.


You can register online by visiting Register or manually by filling out the registration PDF and emailing the completed for to meetings@smenet.org or faxing the completed form to 303.979.3461.
A limited number of onsite registrations will be available, space permitting..
Please send all receipt inquiries to meetings@smenet.org or contact SME customer service at 303.948.4200. You can also view your meeting registrations online and print your registration acknowledgement through your UCA or SME profile. Please visit https://www.smenet.org/login, use your email address and password on file with SME/UCA, and locate My Meetings below My Contact Information on the My Account page. To see registration details, select View Registration next to the corresponding meeting.
All badges and conference related materials will be distributed onsite at the George Fox registration desk located at the New York Hilton Midtown, 1335 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10019.
The registration fees include participation in all technical sessions, coffee breaks, and lunch.
Your registration allows you access to all technical sessions.
Onsite registration will open on May 10, 2022, at New York Hilton Midtown.
All changes to an attendee record must be submitted in writing to meetings@smenet.org
If circumstances require you to cancel your George Fox registration you must do so in writing. Written notice must be sent to meetings@smenet.org no later than April 20, 2022 to receive a full refund, less a $100 (USD) processing fee. There are no refunds for no-shows and cancellations received after April 20, 2022.

UCA has negotiated discounted rates especially for our conference attendees and sponsoring partners. Staying within our designated hotel room block allows us to keep your registration costs low and continue to negotiate competitive room rates for all conference participants.

The George A. Fox Conference official hotel is the New York Hilton Midtown, offering a special discounted hotel room rate of $169/night (plus taxes and fees) for the duration of the conference. Learn more about the Hilton, the official conference hotel, and make your room reservations today.
